Our Referral Program is Simple
- Let us know you are interested: Contact your current Stanley Reid & Company recruiting professional, or email our Candidate Referral Program at referral@stanleyreid.com.
- Review our weekly openings: You’ll receive an email each week that briefly describes our DC Metro area openings.
- Refer your colleagues: If you know someone who may fit one of our current openings, email their resume, phone number, and email address to referral@stanleyreid.com. Please indicate that they are being referred by you, along with which position(s) you think they may fit.
For each referral that we hire or place with one of our clients, you’ll earn a $3,000 Referral Bonus.*
* Referral bonus is based upon the following conditions being fully met: (1) SRC does not have an existing relationship with referred candidate; (2) referred candidate is either hired by SRC or placed by SRC with a client as an employee or contractor within 12 months of referral; and (3) referred candidate remains in the position for a minimum of 120 days.
